All of our meats are vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe temperature during transit.

When will my order arrive?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do I reheat the meat once it arrives?

Every order includes a detailed reheating guide. For the best results, we recommend using a sous-vide method or a low-temperature oven to preserve the moisture and smoke profile.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Since our products are perishable and require timely delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
